I really enjoyed the location, which is conveniently close to various restaurants in Mahahual, offering lovely street views. the hotel's setting is absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. Plus, it’s just a short 10-15 minute drive from Camping Levesque.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with its proximity to the beach and a multi-block beachfront promenade filled with nice shops and restaurants. The fact that it is right on the beach truly makes this hotel stand out and the facilities are top-notch including a great restaurant and a jetty with hammocks to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Also, my room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We appreciated the fact that the hotel allowed an early check-in and provided free water and working WiFi. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and close to key tourist spots. the outdoor seating and hammocks were a nice touch for soaking in the beautiful sunrise.

The standard rooms were quite basic and lacked important facilities such as fridges and bedside lamps. The outside bar/restaurant area was primarily used for cruise ship arrivals and often led to a chaotic atmosphere.

They allowed us to check-in early which was a relief. the location near the beach was pleasant, and we enjoyed the sea views from the restaurant. the free water and working wifi connection were appreciated.

The lack of customer service was highly disappointing. the staff seemed uninterested in accommodating guests, and we even had to help a fellow traveller who was lost due to the reception being unstaffed.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Mahahual that provided a clean and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. I particularly loved the outdoor seating area and the hammocks on the jetty, perfect for enjoying a stunning sunrise. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, especially the fish tacos. Additionally, they allowed me to check-in earlier than expected, and the free water and working wifi were much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel.
